Arrangements finalized for conduct of JKSSB Class IV Exam

District Development Commissioner Rajouri, Rajesh K Shavan on Sunday reviewed the arrangements for smooth conduct of OMR based objective type written exam for Class IV posts being conducted by J&K Service Selection Board.

The meeting was attended by the ADC Rajouri,Sher Singh; SE Jalshakti, SR Shukla; DSEO, Bilal Rashid Mir; ARTO, Shami Kumar; Additional DIO NIC, Ashwini Sharma; BMO Manjakote, Dr.Mehmood and Dy.SP Hqrs, Zaheer Abbas.

At the outset, the Additional Deputy Commissioner Rajouri,Sher Singh, informed that the examination shall be held on Feb 27th, Feb 28th and March 01 March,2021 from 12 noon to 2 pm at 22 examination centers.

It was decided that besides deployment of Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents, and supervisors and required invigilators i.e one invigilator on every 24 students, Magistrates shall also be appointed at all the examination centers.

Moreover, the Information Department was asked to provide a list of private videographers who shall be engaged for video coverage of each examination center.

The Education Department was directed to provide a list of required number of teachers for deployment as invigilators after due randomization.

The Assistant Regional Transport Officer was directed to provide vehicles for ferrying examination papers from the strong room to the examination center. The Health authorities were directed to keep the provision of sanitizers and thermal scanners at the entrance of the examination centers.

For foolproof security, the Police Department was directed to deploy adequate number of police personnel.

Mobile phones and other electronic devices would not be allowed inside the exam center. The Candidates would only be allowed to carry two ball-point pens and hall tickets inside the exam hall.
