Former Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) Chief Minister and National Conference vice president Omar Abdullah on Saturday accused the Centre of “murdering democracy” in Jammu and Kashmir. Adding that winning candidates of PAGD are threatned to join BJP’s B-team ( Apni Party).
Omar Abdullah alleged that the administration was using police to force the winning candidates to join Altaf Bukhari’s Apni Party.
While addressing press conference at his Gupkar residence, junior Abdullah played a call recording as to how a winning candidate from Shopian was allegedly forced to join Apni Party.

Omar said that if BJP is beating the drums of democracy, then why administration is using police to force the winning candidates to switch sides to Apni Party.
Abdullah further said that the democracy is being murdered here in Jammu and Kashmir.
