CEO Srinagar inaugurates ICT Lab

Srinagar: Chief Education officer (CEO) Srinagar, Manzoor Ahmad Kumar today inaugurated newly setup ICT Lab at Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Gulabbagh.

On the occasion, he also held an inspection of the school and interacted with the teaching staff to know about the problems and issues being faced by the students and the faculty. He also sought suggestions from the staff about smooth functioning of schools to assist students in their studies.

The CEO also interacted with the Village Education Committee (VEC) members and sought their suggestions. During the interaction, the CEO assured VEC members that all the necessary steps will be taken for the construction of the new building.

Kumar appreciated the efforts of Principal BHSS Gulabbagh Mtr Khalida Parveen for smooth conduct of online classes to minimise loss of studies to students in view of Covid-19.

The CEO directed the school staff to actively participate in the enrolment drive.
