All the colleges in Kashmir division will reopen from today, i.e., February 15, 2021. The Jammu and Kashmir administration announced the decision earlier on Feb 01.
In the decision, the administration mentioned that colleges are allowed to open from February 15 in Kashmir division.

Further, these educational institutions need to follow the Covid-19 SOPs, issued by the Union Ministry of Education as well as departments.
However, in Kashmir, according to the officials, the odd-even formula would be the most favorable mechanism which can be worked out in colleges.
