Farmers protests brought GOI to its knees, says Mehbooba

Srinagar: Former Chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) President, Mehbooba Mufti on Friday said that the Farmers protests have brought Government of India (GOI) to its knees. Adding that BJP is scared of peoples power due to which a reign of repression has been unleashed in Jammu and Kashmir.

Mehbooba took to twitter and wrote; ” Farmers protests have brought GOI to its knees. BJP is scared of peoples power & its why a reign of repression has been unleashed in J&K since Illegal abrogation of Article 370. Not allowing any peaceful medium for dissent shows their nervousness & failure on all fronts,” she said.
