Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday finally granted permission to NC leaders to meet party president Farooq Abdullah in Srinagar.
After receiving the green signal from higher-ups, the NC patron Farooq Abdullah on Thursday held a meeting with four of the party leaders at his residence in Srinagar.

Sources close to the party informed Good Morning Kashmir that all the four party leaders including Ali Sagar, Nasir Aslam Wani, former minister Abdul Rahim Rather and Shafi Uri have reached his residence and the meeting is underway.
Earlier on Wednesday, National Conference said, that they have taken cognizance of the stand taken by the Government in High Court in the Habeas Corpus matters filed by the party president Farooq Abdullah and his son and vice president Omar Abdullah for “securing the liberty of various leaders of the party that have been under illegal house detention.
