he building of a Govt. Middle School, Amberpora, Tarzoo in Sopore Zone of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district is lying in shambles and the concerned authorities have miserably failed to come to the rescue of the helpless children.
As per the locals, some greedy people of Malpora – Amberpora have illegally occupied the building and are storing dead wood, charcoal, Grass and cow dung in the school building for the last many years.

“Concern Chief Education Officer (CEO), Baramulla and Zonal Education Officer Sopore have completely failed to handover this school building to school management,” said one of the villager.
Zonal Education Officer, Sopore, when contacted, said, “the team has been constituted by the Deputy Commissioner, Baramulla in this regard and tender has been issued regarding fencing of this school property.”
