Indo-Pak armies trade fire along LoC in Poonch

Indo-Pak armies on Tuesday exchanged gunfire at forward posts along the Line of Control in Poonch district.

Officials said that Pakistan Army initiated unprovoked ceasefire violation by firing with small arms and intense shelling along LoC in Mankote sectors in Poonch district. Adding that the Indian Army retaliated befittingly.

There was no report of any damage on the Indian side when this report was filed.
