The weatherman has forecast a fresh spell of light snowfall in the upper reaches of Kashmir Valley today on Monday.
An official at Srinagar Meteorological department told Good Morning Kashmir that there are chances of light snowfall in isolated places in the higher reaches of Kashmir on Monday (Today). He however, said that weather will remain dry till Feb 15 in plains.

Pertinently, last month, the plains received fresh snowfall and after that weather remained dry in Kashmir valley.
