Meteorological Department on Monday predicted dry weather in Jammu and Kashmir till January 31.
In the latest forecast, MeT department said light to moderate snowfall occurred in Kashmir till Sunday morning.

“There is least possibility of light snowfall and rain at isolated places during the next 24 hours in the region and thereafter from Monday onward weather will remain mainly dry till January end,’ said a senior MeT official.
Meanwhile, the MeT department has issued an orange alert which means people have been asked to maintain vigil in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
