The Meteorological Department has predicted a two-day wet spell from today with the possibility of light to moderate rainfall in plains and snow in higher reaches on Sunday.
A MeT official told Good Morning Kashmir that there is possibility of light to moderate rain with thunder and light to moderate snow over higher reaches during late night of Saturday and Sunday.

The official said that from Sunday (Today) evening there would be a decrease in both intensity and distribution of the rains and snowfall.
There is also possibility of heavy snow over isolated places particularly over higher reaches on Sunday, he said.
