Uttarakhand disaster: Missing Srinagar engineer’s body found, being brought home

Body of Basharat Zargar, a resident of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district, who was working as engineer with a Uttarakhand based company has been found.

Basharat had been missing after the glacier burst on Sunday in Uttarakhand.

“My brother’s body was found  near the power project today afternoon,” Zargar’s brother was quoted as saying by reports.

At least 169 people are still missing while 36 bodies have been recovered so far after a flash flood inundated a power project.
