t was 3rd Ramadan, Sunday, it was raining very hard. sounds like white noise everywhere, felt like empty Silence was on its noose. We all started packing materials in the Hostel just to leave for home as Covid was just on its toes to terror our Valley. Our College administration responded with a sudden postponement of Terminal exams. I and my friend, both fasting, boarded a bus for Lal Chowk to
locate our Sumo Stand for Shopian. Reached Lal-Chowk, we packed our bags in a Tavera.
Just travelling 7,8 Kilometers, he started too much noisy, fell frontwards down, I picked him, his body started sudden coldness, bowled, get too ached as I asked Driver to stop and comeout the Vehicle, he suddenly started nose bleeding. Fruit-Vendor near watching us came quickly with Bananas, He replied as begged to him just for a Cigarette and nothing else. I was puzzled and brutally shocked to see the addiction. Coincidently after a brief Smoke all just turn well however my brain started crippling and stinging me to understand and explain the phenomenon.
Our Valley is under deep clutches of Addiction and smoking, proving too irrational and bad results. According to a report published by the United Nation Drug Control Programme (UNDCP) around 83 thousand people are drug addicts alone in the Kashmir division among them approximately 31% are women. The youth is particularly involved in drug addiction as reported by Government Psychiatric Hospital Srinagar around 90% drug abusers belong to the age group of 17-35. This was my Friend, In majority of effects, Individuals begin to use drugs with varied choices. Some people use drugs to relieve some medical conditions but continue to use them after the medical condition is over. Some people who feel depressed begin to use the drug to self-medicate and get addicted to it. Sometimes a traumatized event or a relationship issue leads a person to drugs.
Primarily, Smoking is the softest single most important preventable cause of death. We all have perceived the ill issues, death rates and health risks of Smoking, but that doesn’t make it any easier to kick the habit. There are so many bad effects of smoking related to the chemistry of Health, Social effects and psychological level, mental illness which can harm the life of a person or individual involved in the deal. Despite widespread knowledge of the health consequences of Tobacco use, smoking is common globally. Coming to the addiction level, Smoking Tobacco is both a physical addiction as well the psychological habit. Smoking which mainly involves tobacco, contains a certain chemical known as Nicotine, the naturally chemical substance produced widely used recreationally as a stimulant and anxiolytic. As a pharmaceutical drug, it is used for smoking cessation to relieve withdrawal symptoms. The main effects and reliability of nicotine withdrawal include irritability, anxiety, and physical symptoms, such as critical headaches and long term fatigue.

The nicotine from cigarette Tobacco provides a temporary and addictive effect besides high effects. Eliminating that regular fix of nicotine causes your body to experience physical withdrawal symptoms
and cravings. Cigarette smoking is one of the major killers in the world, we all know it preferably. Coming to health effects and stuff, both temporary or first order effects and besides secondary exposures
are much powerful and dominant to hazard the body health cause and prone to contagious diseases. Firstly, Smoking mainly and perfectly leads to diseases and disability to metabolism and harms nearly every organ of the body. The primary terminal of this disastrous cause leaves our body with, causing Cancer, different heart diseases as blocking veins and nodes, paralytic Strokes, lung Cancers, Diabetes, and Chronic pulmonary disease (CPD) besides an impact on Genetics of a Person and Chronic bronchitis.
Smoking also increases risk for TB with certain eye diseases, and problems of the immune system, including Rhythmic Arthritis. The biggest of all side-effects from smoking is Cancer, which is a group of many related diseases. All forms of cancer involve out-of-control growth and spread of abnormal cells, whether you are an occasional teen smoker or a lifetime pack-a-day smoker, we have to see this.
The Secondary exposure contributes high tuned strokes, lung cancer, and coronary heart diseases in adults. Children who are exposed to secondhand smoke are at increased risk for sudden infant deaths, acute respiratory infections, Middle ear diseases, more severe asthma, respiratory symptoms, and slowed lung growth. A drug to which a person or an individual becomes addict does not merely impair the person’s cognitive skills and behavior but also permanently damage certain abilities depending on the amount of a dose. Experts believe that certain changes due to the addictions disappear shortly after drug use while certain anomalies remain permanent. Smoking and addiction makes simply a man on the bed of death risk.
Now to manage effective management to quit smoking, it is very far better for you not only to alter your behavior and cope with the withdrawal symptoms experienced from cutting out nicotine, but
you also need to find other ways to manage your moods. With the right game plan, you can break free from nicotine addiction and kick the habit for good, like The simple ways to Exercise, Get out of the house for a walk, Continuous eat of Chewing gums, Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick or any work, Drink lots of water to get too hydrated to leave your drinking and smoking habits, Continuously Relax your body and thorax with deep breathing. The most preferable of all of it is to Spend time with Non-Smoking friends and family. Ending with the thought, “It’s not the hardcore addiction that kills you, it's the thoughts behind the addiction that does.”
My Friend has started the tasks and better management to reduce the nicotine and Smoke, So when are you planning your management to leave it?
