ife is our great teacher. Everything that happens to us is in some way favoring us, either to improve ourselves, to wake us from our comfort zone, or even to gain some skill or change some aspect. The purpose of life is always to improve.
Closing a Cycle is Always An Opportunity For Recreation and Interior Rebirth. We are often prone or motivated to make significant changes in our lives when we are dissatisfied, when the conditions in which we live no longer meet our expectations. There are certain moments in life that are in themselves true markers that signal the close of a cycle, whether we accept it or not. We need to develop our “inner listening” and through our ability to understand, be clear and sensitive to accept that something has already deteriorated. From this perception, it is possible to reposition and readjust to welcome the “new” with its infinite possibilities. Often life does not invite, but calls for the necessary updates for our own progress, sending us signals that we often refuse to admit and that have a greater purpose to move on to a next step. We are not aware of these environmental readings or simply ignore them, as we are not interested in leaving our comfort, our comfort zone, even if it has deteriorated.
We’re there, clinging at any cost. We need to get rid of what has deteriorated, move on and rely on the generosity of life. When life signals to us that a cycle is closing, accept the fact and take the opportunity to renew your hopes, giving the opportunity to gestate new purposes and life projects. Preadaptation is not always an easy process, as we expend a lot of emotional energy in reorganizing inner chaos. On the other hand, this is also a rich time for us to begin the precious self-evaluation movement and to revalidate the place we occupy or wish to occupy in the world.
When a cycle closes, it is because we need to do some learning in that context to move on to the next step. The transient processes of life are not exactly ephemeral, but are potentially creative steps. Life is flow. It is movement, it is the denial of the stagnation of our archaic beliefs and perceptions as absolute truths that have fallen to the ground. Nothing is definite, much less our property. We believe things and people are ours. In life there are no guarantees, no expiration dates. With the advent of a new phase, new opportunities begin. In contact with contingencies that now give rise to a new consciousness, we will be allowed greater clarity of fact. All this will enable us to create the reality we so desire and are directly responsible for. This creative movement allows us deep and true reflections that lead us to give new meanings to our existence if we give up what is gone and welcome new possibilities.

Our life today is a consequence of past attitudes, actions, words and thoughts. So let’s make a different reality stand today through a different stance now. We need to eliminate aspects, things and postures that do not give us growth, that add nothing to us and that can even create obstacles for us. What is needed is to recycle our emotional waste, transmute negative feelings, and learn to better handle our concerns and limitations so that we can lighten into a new life cycle. For true renewal from the inside out, it is indispensable to reevaluate our perception of the facts, but the main thing for any first step is to accept ourselves as we are, this moment of insight into every true change, for from self-acceptance, we can make any changes that are necessary. So strip yourself inward, take off your masks, look yourself in the face. will be lost at all Sometimes we need to change routes and trajectories from our reevaluations of what no longer serves us. But nothing has been lost at all: we become more experienced, more capable and better.
At every stage of life we bet on that reality and invest the best we can in it. When faced with some circumstances, we see how much now everything that has been lived no longer makes sense at this moment we realize that we are in a new stage of life. Our greatest achievement is to transmute life itself into a constant process of evolving and recreating ourselves, putting into practice the values we need to nurture, refining ourselves from all perspectives, and especially learning from past mistakes. We are itinerant beings in the trajectory of life and we are here to learn, to evolve. We can only be reborn to a new reality if we have the symbolic ability to divest ourselves of the past, to accept the symbolic deaths of cycles which is the very wisdom of life. Recreate yourself. Reborn reinvent yourself. Overcome yourself. We, eternal individuals of becoming, are always in the process of reflecting on our experiences to obtain the wisdom we need and that in this world is never enough. Reflections must be continuous as a preventive means so as not to encounter crises that could be prevented when we try to somehow cling to something that is already gone. Closing a cycle enables us to revise, re-signify and give new meaning to life itself, putting into practice a new project in accordance with our reality and needs. Staying in an already closed cycle is highly stressful, and you pay a heavy price for it. Being open, available and receptive to new opportunities and experiences is what life proposes to us at the end of each stage. Many times we are not living, but living a survival, and this is not what we want. We want to have a full and quality life, so letting go of what is already gone is not a sign of cowardice, but courage. Courage to take a new step. Courage to continue to have faith in life, after all.
May we see problems as challenges, pain as a means of learning, change as an opportunity for transformation, dissatisfaction as an eternal pursuit. Every process can be easy or difficult, painful or challenging, of possibilities and improvements. It depends on how you perceive each event. And with the closing of cycles is no different, because it gives us a new life. Sometimes it takes courage to speak; sometimes it takes courage not to say anything. Well-spoken words and timely silence are equally essential in our journey. It is up to us to make intelligent use of both. Perhaps one of the best ways to protect ourselves is silence.
Although on certain occasions we need to express ourselves so that we survive so that they do not swallow us. That is, both well-spoken words and timely silence are equally essential in our journey. It is up to us to make intelligent use of both. It is necessary to be silent when we meet someone who does not hear, does not receive, does not want to learn; Someone who only exposes his thinking aggressively and with the impetus characteristic of those who feel the truth. People who express themselves as the only source of knowledge and truths in this world will never be able to open up to what the other has to offer. It is necessary to speak when we feel offended, when we can no longer contain what we dislike, when the other has exceeded the viable limits of a minimally respectful coexistence, overriding our dignity. If we don’t put ourselves at the right time, some people will run us over with their arrogance, their selfishness, their vanities. In addition, swallowing everything in here sickens our body and soul. Silence protects us from evil people, from awkward situations, from ourselves. Often what we talk about will add nothing, will reach no one, will not bring anything good, nor will it solve any problems that are occurring. In the same way, our silence can comfort those who need only our presence right there, because keeping quiet with the suffering brings comfort and welcome, understanding the suffering of others. In turn, well-spoken words are truly blessed, because, spoken at the right time, will protect our integrity, safeguard our essence, will do good to our health. We will have to say what we want or don’t want, what we accept or don’t accept, how sad or happy we are, who needs our limits, our help, our gratitude. Carrying exaggerated restraint makes us lonely and sad. Talking to those who understand us heals and enlightens.
In the battles of life, nothing is given to us for free, but never give up! Open “doors” for new horizons, new possibilities and perspectives… fight, work, trust in you and God!
