G overnment forces on Friday busted a militant hideout during search operation in Warnow area of Lolab belt in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
Official sources said that a joint team of government forces including Army’s 28 RR, CRPF and police launched a cordon-and-search-operation in Warnow area after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in Nawabehak Kawari forest area of the district.

As the joint team of security forces launched searches in the area, “a cache of arms and ammunitions was recovered,” said a police official.
“Four Magazines, 15 rounds, and 2 hand grenades were recovered,” said the official.
