Soldier injured in cross border firing along LoC succumbs

A
n Indian army soldier who was injured in a ceasefire violation by Pakistan along the Line of Control in Sunderbani sector on Jan 18, has died, officials said on Sunday.

He as per the officials was i jured in Unprovoked CFV (ceasefire violation) by Pakistan in Sundarbani sector on Jan 18 and succumbed today.

The official identified him as Nishant Sharma.

Meanwhile, there has been a spike in ceasefire violations by Pakistan at the LoC.
