Suspected militants hurled a grenade at a CRPF camp in Braripora area in Srinagar city but missed the target, police said today.
The grenade was hurled towards 161 – Battalion of CRPF, this evening, but the device fell short of the intended target and exploded outside the boundary wall without causing any damage, the officials said.

Immediately after the attack, police assisted by CRPF conducted a search operation but failed to make any arrest as the suspected militants had fled the scene.
