A minor girl committed suicide at her home in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Saturday, officials said.
A police official said that a 14- year-old girl from Kenyal village of the district committed suicide on Saturday by hanging self to death at her home.

Following the incident, she was rushed to nearby hospital where doctors declared her brought dead on arrival.
An official told that a case has been registered in this regard and further investigation is being taken up.
