triple, double and talk half. The world is already full of small minds that only talk about others without thinking, full of people who talk a lot and do little. So let us walk against the current, being wiser, more cautious, and free from square minds. But if there is something really complicated, it is being more flexible in our methods of thinking. In fact, one of the most interesting aspects that the cognitive-behavioral currents explain is that our problems do not arise properly because of complicated situations. The kind of thinking we use and the way we interpret our reality may be unquestionably our allies, or our worst enemies. hink
Let us be strong, but not inflexible. Let us be gentle, but not weak. Act humbly but not be unworthy. Every day we make several decisions and regret some of them. At the same moment we ask ourselves why we did that, why do not we think a little more. The same thing happens with many of our Verbalizations. Sometimes we talk without thinking and we allow anger, fear and disrespect to put a voice in our emotions.
They are aspects that we all already live and that make us wonder why this occurs. Why are we so “fallible” when we need it the most. Far from being obsessed with “self-control,” we must build a new perspective where calm, emotional intelligence, reason and emotional responsibility reign.Stop and feel, think and be aware.

Think triple, double and say half. Does that mean we should meditate every single one of our decisions to the utmost? In fact, it is not a question of spending our lives rationalizing every act, every emotion or desire in absolute silence. Rather, it is about providing an extremely simple action sequence. Learn to listen to yourself -> Act in tune with your thoughts and emotions -> Speak what is fair and what is in line with your essences. On the other hand, something we all know is that there are those who get carried away by automatic thoughts when it comes to acting. Their decisions are often conditioned by distorted approaches and skewed emotions. These limiting attitudes make them lose countless opportunities. It is then, when frustration and suffering appear.
We do not realize it, but somehow we all get carried away often by the same mechanisms mentioned above. They have their root in an unconscious full of prejudices. “It’s better to avoid that person ” it’s better to say no to this project because if it went wrong before, it’s going to be even worse. “ We value judgment arbitrarily without passing any previous filters. Without being aware. This is not correct. Every thing that happens in our daily lives can be interpreted from various points of view. We need to find the one that best fits us in a healthy way, constructively, without any bias. Without limiting ourselves, without closing doors and without becoming to our own enemies.
Think well, decide better. Breathe, think, feel, decide, act. It is a simple sequence that we should put into practice every day. However, the essential problem is that “we never have time for ourselves”. Life and our obligations drag us on its high-speed train, allowing it to be the autopilot to decide. It is not logical, because if we do not have time to think to speak better … what have we become? We need to have appropriate strategies for that to change.Surely you know more than one person who speaks without thinking. They are personalities who act without taking into account the consequences of their acts. Acting without hurting and thinking to decide better is a strategy of responsibility and respect for ourselves and others.
Let go of obsessive “duties” (should have done that, said that, should be smarter, more determined …). Stop using these tenses, no more regrets. The best time to improve is always now.
• Turn off the ego. Do not believe that you are infallible, think, act and speak with humility.
• It is not enough simply to “think before you act”. We have to learn to feel, to listen calmly to our emotions and feelings.
• Be intuitive when it comes to understanding your own prejudices. We all accumulate irrational thoughts that we must demonstrate and rationalize.
• Connect your interior with the outside so that the decision you make, even if risky, is in tune with your personality and needs.
Remember that there are no better or worse decisions. It is only about acting in accordance with our values, our roots.
Something that we will only get if we know to listen to ourselves, to love us and to respect us a little more. Life never acts to lose, and is so wise, that only puts us before the challenges, when you are sure that we are mature enough and prepared to beat them .
